Romi realised his true calling very early in life. After his 10th boards, he realised that conventional courses like medical & engineering courses did not interest him. & so while studying in SFS college after his 10th boards, he started pursuing graphic designing & obtained a certificate in the same. After Romi passed the 12th boards, he followed his heart yet again & obtained a one-year diploma in VFX from Pune. Romi has always had inclination towards films & editing & so after heading back to Nagpur he started working as a freelance filmmaker/designer/editor & photographer & named his new venture Romi Designs. Through his lens he has extensively captured music festival & live concerts of celebrities like Neha Kakkar & Sukhwinder singh. Neha even shared Romi’s pictures on her official facebook page! Romi also made creatives, video teasers & after movies for some of the biggest music festivals in & around Nagpur. He has also ventured into corporate film making & cinematic wedding films. At just 20, Romi has earned quite a name for himself in Nagpur’s cinematic &creative circuit. Given his love for films & shooting, Romi aspires to become a director/cinematographer in the film industry some day & he has already taken the first towards achieving his dream as he has enrolled for a bachelor’s course in film & media at Hyderabad from Annapurna Studios.
