Pablo Picasso, an Artist famous for his work and expressing himself, once said “Action is the foundation key to all success.” This very line is what inspired the creation of Pablo – The Art Café Lounge, a place that follows Picasso’s rules of life.

Situated in the plush surrounding of Civil Lines, the premises of Pablo looks like a classy black structure from the outside, where, once you enter you are in for a surprise. There is warmth in the way the café has been designed with three types of seating arrangements, all made to the comfort of those who visit, including the outdoor seating. You get to visit Pablo’s world through his quotes and timeline that’s etched on the walls. This place will definitely leave you in awe.

As Pablo is all ready to open its doors for us, we take the opportunity to meet the four Co-Founders of this one of a kind Lounge in Nagpur. “When we started conceptualizing the place we were very clear of the concept we wanted to bring to life. The thing missing in Nagpur is the presence of a lounge where people would want to hangout while they groove to some light music. Though lounges are not new in India, there are Farzi Café, Monkey Bar and Socials, so why can’t we have our very own Pablo here in Nagpur?” says Angadh Arora. “Though we were sure of what we wanted we still needed a central unifying theme, so we chose none other than Pablo Picasso, a man whose name describes all things unique. His work and lifestyle inspired us to create this social and fun place for all those young at heart.” adds Swapnil Munde.

Going on further Karan Jaiswal tells us more about the ambience, “A lot of attention has been given to music and lighting to ensure people bask in the ambience of Pablo”

We enquired a bit more about their creative and hardworking team. “We have a mix bunch of fresh blood with the right balance of experienced individuals, to ensure we deliver the best.” Says Inish Bhatia.

We even got a chance to meet Arjun Arora, Director of Urban Food Outdoors, the Managing Company, “I’m sure that Pablo would be a success, as we have covered the three most important basics of any lounge; great food, amazing service and an engaging ambience. It’s a place where you come to escape from the mundane. It’s a place where you leave the rush behind. Out here the pizza could take about twenty minutes as we want you to enjoy every bite in peace.” When asked about the interesting menu he added, “It’s a menu one has never seen in Nagpur and just like Picasso’s work, there will be a lot of fusion.”

This arrangement or style of serving is exactly what Pablo would be proud of, humanizing and breaking the social barrier of the people who serve us our food.

So all that’s left to say is a café lounge inspired from Pablo’s life opens up in Nagpur to occupy a permanent place in our hearts on the 26th of July.
