Yello is a cafe specialised for those who take a deep interest in savouring eggs and other egg recipes, and are into advantages and surplus eggs provide. Want to satisfy your egg cravings? Then Yello is the destination!

The ambience is quite decent. A must try for all is the chicken egg roll that they serve with ketchup – it comes in double-packed bread slices and has a cheesy filling that melts in your mouth! There are many options like lasagne and sandwiches to try as well.

Mainland China, being one of the largest Chinese restaurant chains in our country, has opened its doors in Nagpur as well. This perfect Chinese restaurant takes you to all the way to China and makes you fall in love with it’s delicious authentic cuisine and it’s finger-licking food.

It’s when you enter the restaurant and notice the laughing Buddha statues, floating trees, and the typical Chinese art on the walls of the restaurant, you realise that you are enveloped in the genuine Chinese culture.

With a wide range of varieties in soups, dim sums, starters, rice, noodles, spicy chicken and their lip smacking desserts, Mainland China has it all covered up. A must try cuisine here is the Dim sum which goes well with the clear soup. Owing to the different varieties of noodles and rice available to satisfy your taste buds, all are equally great choices to be picked from the menu and all of them go well with a medium spicy chicken and gravy.

The desserts served are: hot chocolate roll and the sizzling brownie – which are a must try.

The service is good and will never disappoint you.

Death by chocolate jar :

Things we need:
A jar, brownie, Nuttela, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings or chocolate chips.

Recipe for brownies

Dry ingredients:
1 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (melted, then cooled), 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla

How to make:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. In a medium-size bowl, beat two eggs along with vanilla. Add in the dry ingredients and stir gently.
  3. Pour the melted butter into the brownie mixture and mix until it blends with consistency.
  4. Spread the batter in a prepared, 8-inch square pan and bake for 20-22 minutes at 350 degrees.

Preparation of the death by chocolate jar:
In a glass jar, layer in the following order:
1/2 of the crumbled brownie, 1/2 of nuttela,1/2 of the chocolate chips or chocolate shavings and 1/2 of the whipped cream topping.
Repeat layers in the same order. Save the last portion of chocolate chips and sprinkle on top before serving.
Refrigerate it and your death by chocolate jar is ready!
